"I really appreciate how hard Ed and his team worked to quickly rent my property out and bring me what looks to be great tenants with their screening process. There were showings scheduled consistently as soon as the house went on the market. Ed was very responsive to my needs (in renting the house out within a month) and promptly returned my calls and answered any questions that I had.
